Who we are

This site belongs to lasertagpt, NIF 216878365, R. de Rapijães 2, 4570-338 Laundos, Portugal. Contact: [email protected], +351 960 827 143. We run a laser tag arena and organise kids' birthday parties, group games and company events.

Booking requests

The form on this site, WhatsApp and the phone are for requesting a booking. A request is only confirmed once we reply with a day and a time. There is no payment through the site and nothing is sold online.

Friday evenings and Saturdays fill with birthday parties. For those days we take requests in the order they arrive until the arena is full.

If you cannot make a confirmed booking, tell us on WhatsApp or by phone so we can give the slot to another group.

Prices

Prices are the ones on the games and prices page: 20-minute single game 15€, 45-minute double mission 25€, 60-minute group battle 35€ per person, kids' birthday party from 220€ for 10 players, half-day corporate team building from 650€ for 12 people. They include VAT at the legal rate.

There are no memberships, club cards or packages with hidden conditions. The party and company packages show a starting price; if your group is bigger or wants something different, we tell you the amount before confirming.

Inside the arena

Before every game we give a briefing of about five minutes on the vest, the laser gun and the rules. It is mandatory for every player, including people who have been before.

The arena is dark, with music, flashing lights and smoke effects. If any of these is a problem for you, tell us before going in.

The vest and laser gun are lent to you for the game and must be returned at the end. Damage caused by use outside the rules explained in the briefing is the responsibility of whoever caused it.

The site

The texts and the lasertagpt name are ours. The logo belongs to lasertagpt. You are free to share links to the site.

We try to keep the information right, but if you spot a wrong price or opening time, what counts is what we confirm to you when you book.

Complaints and applicable law

Like every business in Portugal we keep a complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at the arena, and you can also file a complaint online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

For a consumer dispute you can go to a consumer arbitration centre. The list is on the national consumer portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt, and the CNIACC (national centre for consumer information and arbitration) handles cases with no regional centre.
